Boasting a robust and reliable Bucket Elevator, coupled with a precisely designed Vertical Screen and a Half Front Screen,an ultra-efficient Gravity Table, seamlessly integrated with a meticulously engineered Back Half Screen.


The front screen skillfully extracts small impurities, minimizing the load on the gravity table, while the rear screen adeptly purges larger impurities. This composite marvel efficiently removes dust, chaff, straw, injured seeds, germinated seeds, moth-eaten seeds, moldy grains, and other light impurities in one swift pass. Utilizing its harmonized air system, sieves, and gravity table, it diminishes over 3% of moldy impurities from an initial 5% impurity rate.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The vertical air screen excels at quickly removing light impurities, such as dust, leaves, and small sticks, with unmatched precision.
The half front screen expertly eliminates small impurities, enabling the gravity table to tackle
residual light impurities like sticks, shells, and insect-damaged seeds with pinpoint accuracy.Finally, the back half
screen performs a thorough final sweep, eradicating both larger and smaller impurities. Additionally, this machine
excels at distinguishing and separating stones from grains/seeds of varying sizes, ensuring precision so that stones of
identical size to the grains/seeds remain unaffected, preserving integrity.
