The 5XFS series dual-stage air sieve cleaning machine is designed to perform wind separation and sieving for a variety of crops (such as sesame, sunflower seeds, buckwheat, flaxseed, etc.) and various agricultural by-products. With its unique dual-vertical air sieve design, it effectively removes light impurities in two stages, making it particularly effective for processing crops with high light impurity content (e.g., sesame, sunflower seeds, buckwheat, flaxseed). It is also suitable for cleaning commercial grain products.

1.Double air screen cleaner very suitable for cleaning sesame andsunflowers and chia seed,because it can remove the dust leaves and light impurities very well.

2.The double air screen cleaner can clean light impurities and objects byvertical air screen,then vibrating box can remove big and small impuritiesand foreign objects. Meanwhile the material can be separate into big.medium and small size when though different size sieves.

3.This machine can remove stones also, The secondary air screen can remove dust from final products again to improve the purity.

Product Working Principle

It can clean light impurities through vertical air screen and the vibration grader can clean big and small
impurities.The material can be classified into big, medium and small size with different layers of sieves.
This machine can separate the stone different size with grain/seed, but can not remove the same size
ones with grain or seed. The secondary wind selection can remove the  remain light impurities further.
