The front screen is for removing small impurities, so that the gravity table will not be overloaded,and the rear screen is for removing large impurities.
Composite design. Remove dust, chaff, straw, injured seed, germinated seed, month seed, moldy grain and other light impurities at one time.With air system, sieves, gravity table. It can remove more than 3% moldy out of 5%.

 

Product Structure

It consists of Bucket Elevator, Vertical Screen,Half Front Screen, Gravity Table and Back Half Screen.
 

Product Working Principle

The vertical air screen can remove light impurities such as dust , leaves , some sticks.
The half front screen can remove small impurity.Then the then gravity table can remove
some light impurities such as sticks, shells,insect bitten seeds.  At last, the back half
screen remove bigger and smaller impurities again.
And This machine can separate the stone with different size of the grain/seed, but can
not remove the same size with grain/seeds.
