Strategically designed screens: The front screen meticulously removes small impurities to ease the load on the gravity table, while the rear screen efficiently extracts larger impurities.
Featuring a composite design, this machine expertly removes dust, chaff, straw, injured and germinated seeds, moldy grains, and other light impurities seamlessly. Its integrated air system, sieves, and gravity table ensure the elimination of more than 3% moldy content from a 5% threshold, promising superior seed quality.

 

Product Structure

The machine is composed of a state-of-the-art Bucket Elevator, Vertical Screen, and a Half Front Screen, featuring a Gravity Table and Back Half Screen for optimal performance.

Product Working Principle

Our advanced vertical air screen effortlessly removes light impurities such as dust, leaves, and minor sticks, ensuring your seeds are pristine.
The half front screen methodically clears smaller impurities. Following this, our precision-engineered gravity table removes
persistent light impurities like sticks and shells, including insect-bitten seeds. The back half
screen concludes the purification process by removing larger and smaller impurities once more.
Remarkably, this machine is adept at separating stones of different sizes from grains/seeds, although it cannot separate stones identical in size to the seeds.
This limitation ensures careful handling of grains/seeds without compromise on quality.
