Ingeniously designed, the front screen eliminates small impurities, preventing overload on the gravity table, while the rear screen efficiently discards larger impurities.
With its composite design, this machine is a powerhouse, removing dust, chaff, straw, injured seeds, germinated seeds, month seeds, moldy grains, and other light impurities in one seamless operation. The advanced air system, sieves, and gravity table work in harmony to remove more than 3% moldy content from up to 5%.

 

Product Structure

The structure features a robust Bucket Elevator, a versatile Vertical Screen, a Half Front Screen, a state-of-the-art Gravity Table, and a Back Half Screen.

Product Working Principle

The highly efficient vertical air screen is designed to remove light impurities such as dust, leaves, and some sticks, ensuring a clean output.
The half front screen is adept at eliminating small impurities, after which the gravity table tackles
light impurities like sticks, shells, and insect-bitten seeds. Finally, the back half screen
removes both larger and smaller impurities once more, guaranteeing comprehensive cleaning.
Ingeniously, this machine can separate stones from grains based on size, though it cannot remove stones identical in size to the grains or seeds.
However, it cannot separate stones that are the same size as the grains/seeds.
